Ice Palace, a local business offering homemade sorbet and vegan soups, has set up a vendor booth at the Lake Morey Summer Concert Series in Fairlee. Owner Deborah Rossell can be found at the weekly concerts and at farmers markets throughout the region, according to a photo caption from the series organizers.
