At 8:33 AM, emergency responders were dispatched to I-91 northbound near mile marker 125.8 for a report of a truck pulled over with a driver slumped over the wheel. At 8:44 AM, responding units advised that no one was slumped over the wheel; instead, a female was in the back of the truck throwing items from the truck. The situation remains under investigation. No injuries have been reported.
