At 12:15 PM, Vermont State Police issued a be-on-the-lookout for an older red Chevrolet sedan on I-91 southbound near mile marker 161.2. Callers reported seeing a shirt sticking out from the trunk, raising concerns that a person may be inside the trunk. The vehicle's license plate is unknown. State police are actively searching for the vehicle.
