The Hardwick Police Department has released its media log for July 5-12, 2026, detailing a range of incidents including a dead body, an automobile theft, and several property watches.

On July 5, officers responded to a missing person report on Bridgman Hill Road, a juvenile problem on Cottage Street, and a suspicious event on Route 14 South. July 6 saw a theft of an automobile on Route 14 South and a trespassing call on Prospect Street.

July 7 included a mental health incident on Maple Street and an assist to another agency on Route 14. July 8 and 9 were notable for multiple property watches on Route 14 South and traffic stops on Route 15.

On July 10, an accident with property damage occurred on West Church Street. July 11 had an intoxication call on High Street and an alcohol offense on Mill Street. July 12 included a dead body on Belfry Road and a suspicious event on Mill Street.
