At approximately 6:23 AM, emergency personnel were on scene, and an EMS transport was en route to North Country Hospital, according to first responders. Later, at approximately 7:03 AM, police advised the Vermont Agency of Transportation that a mile marker sign was damaged on the side of the road during the incident.
