At approximately 3:58 p.m., Twin Mountain Fire Department was dispatched to 213 Little River Road in Carroll for a fire alarm activation. According to dispatch, the key holder was not on scene and reported being unsure if everything was okay. Crews noted that there were two trips in the hallway in the basement earlier. At 4:02 p.m., unit K-3 arrived on scene to investigate.
