The Final Fridays street fair returns to St. Johnsbury on Friday evening, shutting down Railroad Street for a free block party. The event will be held on the last Friday of June, July, and August, featuring live music, food, and kids' activities.

This marks the fifth anniversary of the series, organized by Discover St. Johnsbury in partnership with Catamount Arts. Gillian Sewake of Discover St. Johnsbury said the event has become a community staple. "Kids have grown up with this. It is one of my kids' favorite events of the year," Sewake said. "We've had people move to town on the basis of how fun these events are."

The festivities begin at 5 p.m., with the Brass Queens performing at 7 p.m. All activities are free to attend.
