Fall on Willoughby Lake Road in Barton Prompts Response

At approximately 5:11 AM on Saturday, emergency services were dispatched to 23027 Willoughby Lake Road in Barton for a report of an 89-year-old female who had fallen down a set of steps. Initial reports indicate the fall involved approximately four to five steps. The extent of her injuries is unknown at this time. Newport Police and Orleans Ambulance responded to the scene. The incident remains under investigation.
