The Vermont Institute of Natural Science will host a falconry program at the Jaquith Memorial Library in Marshfield on Wednesday, June 24, at 6:30 p.m. The event, titled "The Sport of Kings: Falconry with VINS," will explore the ancient practice of training birds of prey. Attendees can learn about the equipment used in falconry and meet live raptors.
The program is free and open to the public.
