Wolcott's Maxfield English and Craftsbury's Alayne Tetor took top honors this weekend at the seventh annual Genny Tenny, a 10-mile dirt road race from Craftsbury to Albany. Both runners also won the Adamant Half Marathon last month, making it their second win of the season on the Central Vermont Runners Circuit.

Tetor, 54, was the first woman across the line, with a time of 1:08:47, good for third overall. Morrisville's Clare Salerno took second among women, followed by East Hardwick's Emma Podolin.
In the 5k run, Wolcott's Oakley Crawford, 15, won in 15:47, 20 seconds ahead of Craftsbury Common's Nils Koons. Aemilia Terrone won the women's 5k in 19:13, with Morrisville's Hadley Abbene second.
