A 31-year-old East Calais man was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol for the second time after an incident in Brownington on January 9.
Police said they were notified around 12:45 p.m. that a man was slumped over his steering wheel. The driver was identified as Tyler Gomes.
According to police, Gomes showed signs of impairment and was taken into custody. He was issued a criminal citation to appear in court on January 18 to answer to the charge of DUI #2.
