Vermont State Police arrested a Woodsville, New Hampshire man on suspicion of DUI early July 19 on Interstate 91 in Waterford.
Troopers on routine patrol observed a motor vehicle parked in a U-turn on I-91 at Exit 19 around 1:26 a.m., according to a police news release. The operator was identified as Hunter Locke, 24. While speaking with Locke, troopers detected indicators of impairment and took him into custody for suspicion of driving under the influence.
Locke was transported to the St. Johnsbury Barracks for processing and later released on a citation. He is scheduled to appear in Caledonia County Superior Court - Criminal Division on August 3 at 8:30 a.m. for arraignment.
