Vermont State Police arrested a 20-year-old Charleston man on suspicion of DUI early June 15 on Beebe Road in Derby.
Sergeant Daniel Lynch stopped a GMC pickup after observing it speeding and swerving through Main Street, U.S. 5, and Beebe Road. The vehicle also lacked a registration plate, police said.
The driver, identified as Trey Tourangeau, showed signs of impairment and was arrested after field sobriety tests. He was processed at the Derby barracks and released with a citation to appear in Orleans County Superior Court on June 30 at 8:30 AM.
