At approximately 3:04 AM on July 4, Vermont State Police responded to a domestic disturbance in St. Johnsbury. According to dispatchers, a female caller reported that a male was following her around the house and accusing her. She disconnected the call, but later called back and stated she was locked in a bathroom. The dispatcher remained on the line with her until officers arrived.
By 3:29 AM, police reported that both parties agreed to stay separate inside the house for the night and that the incident was non-criminal. No further police action was required.
