At approximately 12:30 PM, police were called to a disturbance at Willoughby Lake Pleasant Park. Reports indicate that a 25-year-old man broke items in a home, left, and later returned. The caller advised that there are knives in the home but the man does not have any weapons on him at this time. The situation is ongoing.
