Disturbance Reported at Summer Street Apartment

At approximately 10:25 AM, St. Johnsbury Police were dispatched to 606 Summer Street for a disturbance. A resident of Apartment 1 reported that a woman was actively trying to get into their back door, then moved to the front porch and was going through belongings. The resident stated that they have video footage of the incident. Officers responded to the scene and were seen in the parking lot. No further details are available at this time.
