At approximately 1:13 AM, Vermont State Police received a report of an individual attempting to set a mailbox on fire with a torch in the St. Johnsbury area. The caller reported that a person was breaking items on his own property and trying to set the mailbox on fire. The caller also reported that the individual was driving fast and squealing tires.
