At approximately 1:25 PM, emergency responders were dispatched to 134 Scotland Road in Lisbon following a report of subjects cutting vegetation at the end of the caller's driveway. The caller told dispatchers that when he asked the subjects to leave, they flipped him off. Officers are headed to the scene. The subjects were reportedly in a white truck, and dispatchers asked whether they were from a legitimate company. Further updates are expected as the situation develops.
