At approximately 11:17 PM, Vermont State Police were dispatched to a custody dispute in Lowell. A caller reported that she has full custody of her children and that the father was refusing to let them leave with her. Dispatchers indicated that a physical altercation occurred between the two, but that no ambulance is needed. The caller requested assistance to take the children from the residence.
