At approximately 3:31 PM, emergency dispatchers received a report of a combative 37-year-old female at 390 Greenhill Road in Lowell. The caller, her mother, stated that her daughter was becoming combative, throwing objects, and making suicidal statements. Units from Vermont State Police were responding. EMS was requested to stage before approaching. Further details are pending.
