Custody Dispute at 18 Cross Street in Whitefield

At approximately 3:11 PM, New Hampshire State Police were dispatched to 18 Cross Street in Whitefield for a custody dispute. Initial reports indicate that the mother of a child took her son without permission, and the caller is requesting that the child be returned.

At 3:12 PM, dispatchers received additional details. The ex-wife, who has custody of the daughter but not the son, reportedly took her son without permission. She is believed to be driving a black Hyundai SUV with veteran license plates. Initial reports also indicate a domestic violence incident involving the mother and her boyfriend, who was reported to have a black eye. Officers are continuing to investigate.
