At approximately 3:11 PM, New Hampshire State Police were involved in a dispute call regarding a child custody issue in Whitefield. According to initial reports, the mother of a child took her son without permission. She is allowed to have the daughter in her custody, but not the son. The caller was heading towards 18 Cross Street in Whitefield. There is also a reported domestic violence situation between the mother and her new boyfriend, who reportedly has a black eye. The mother is driving a black Hyundai SUV with veteran plates. Units are responding to the area. Further details are pending.
