At approximately 8:34 PM, emergency dispatchers received a report of a car striking a bear in the area of Whitefield Road and Deer Road in Whitefield, New Hampshire. The caller indicated a silver Toyota Tundra with a trailer was involved. The bear was reported to be on the road. No injuries to the driver have been reported. Later, the driver was located at 301 Whitefield Road, Route 116, where he had pulled over with his truck and trailer. He had his hazards on. The extent of vehicle damage is not yet known.
