Trooper James LeBlanc of the St. Johnsbury barracks spotted a traffic infraction around 5:28 p.m. on Memorial Drive. Officers pulled over the vehicle and identified the passenger as Curtis Harlow, 34, who lives in Lyndon.
An investigation showed that Harlow was breaking an active condition of his release by making contact with a protected person at the time of the stop. The Vermont State Police took him into custody immediately following the discovery.
Harlow appeared before the Caledonia County court on June 8 at 12:30 p.m. for arraignment. He posted $500 bail and was lodged at the Northern Vermont Correctional Facility. The court clerk notes that this schedule is subject to change.
