Northfield's Cooper French swept both Flying Tiger features on Double Feature Night at Thunder Road Speedbowl in Barre on June 30. French used veteran restarts to win the first 40-lap feature over Eric Messier and Mike MacAskill, then rallied from behind to take the second ahead of Brendan Moodie and Karsen Murphy.

The Street Stocks ran twin features. Paul Rocheleau won the first over Donat Premont and Connor Rueda. In the second, Tyler Whittemore held off a charge from sister Paige Whittemore and last week's winner Jamie Davis to take the win, marking the first sibling one-two finish since 2017.

In the Kids Division, Gracen Gorham won the opening 15-lap feature over Madison Potter and Evan Folsom. The second Kids Division race went to Gorham again.

The Late Models completed only one of their two scheduled features. Scott Dragon led green to checkered in the 50-lap first feature, winning by more than a second over Jason Corliss and Justin Prescott. The second Late Model feature was stopped after eight laps due to rain; it will be finished at the start of the Preston's Kia Independence Day Spectacular on July 2.

Local competitors included Marcel J. Gravel (Wolcott, 8th in Late Models Feature 1), Stephen Martin (Craftsbury Common, 10th), Brendan Moodie (Wolcott, 9th and 2nd in Flying Tigers), Travis Patnoe (Wolcott, 17th and 14th), Kyle Gravel (Wolcott, 22nd and 15th), Walker Fitch (Marshfield, 22nd and 11th in Street Stocks), Patrick Tibbetts (Plainfield, 27th and 22nd), and Madison Potter (Marshfield, 2nd and 7th in Kids Division).
