At 4:51 PM, emergency responders were dispatched to Vermont Route 105 in Charleston for a 29-year-old female experiencing chest pain and tingling in her left hand after unplugging an item. Morgan Rescue and Newport Police responded. At 4:53 PM, additional police units were dispatched to the scene. Emergency responders remain en route.
