GREENSBORO, Caspian Lake’s water level at the spillway on July 15 measured 5.5 inches, slightly above the historical average of 5.3 inches for that date, according to data reported by local observer John Schweizer.
All readings taken at the site since April 30 have been at or above the average level for their respective dates, indicating consistently higher water levels this season.
