The Hardwick Gazette has published a list of property transfers in Cabot, Vermont, spanning April 2025 through February 2026. The 27 recorded transactions include residential homes, open land, mobile homes, and one commercial property.
Prices ranged from $40,000 for a parcel on Bayley Hazen Road to $750,000 for a single-family home at 267 Thistle Hill. The commercial property at 3109 Main Street sold for $450,000 to BGolly Holdings LLC.
Several sales involved open land, including parcels on West Shore Road, Lovely Road, and Sandy Beach Road. A bank-owned property on West Shore Road sold for $177,449 in January 2026.
NEK will be looking into whether any of these sales reflect recent tax assessment changes or foreclosure patterns in the area.
