BOLO Cancelled for Missing Man in Lisbon

NEK previously reported that a welfare check was issued for a missing man in Lisbon. New details have since emerged: the subject has been located and the BOLO has been cancelled. Lisbon Police confirmed at approximately 11:09 PM that the man was found and the alert was lifted. No further information is available at this time.
