At approximately 4:32 PM, Lisbon Police issued a BOLO for a man described as 5 feet 11 inches tall, 175 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen on foot wearing gray shorts, a black shirt, and a baseball cap, and may be on the rail trail. At around 5:08 PM, the BOLO was canceled. According to dispatch, the cancellation was for a previous BOLO for a man identified by law enforcement as Zachary Sevio. The incident is considered resolved. Anyone with information is asked to contact Lisbon Police or Grafton County dispatch.
