Ambulance Responds to Medical Call in Charleston, No Transport Needed

At approximately 1:09 PM, Newport Ambulance and Morgan Rescue were dispatched to 59 Durgan Road near the intersection of Bretton Hill Road in Charleston for a medical emergency. Initial reports indicated a 43-year-old male experiencing a rapid heart rate, chest pain, and lightheadedness. Units including U45 arrived on scene at 1:21 PM. However, by 1:33 PM, crews reported clearing the call with no transport needed, stating there was no trace of a case. The incident remains under investigation.
