At approximately 2:10 p.m. Monday, first responders received a dispatch for a 92-year-old female with Alzheimer's disease on Darlene Hill Road in Derby. According to initial reports, the patient was experiencing significant altered mental status and left knee pain. Newport Ambulance was requested to the scene. The patient was described as having a rough day due to her Alzheimer's. Further details on her condition and transport are pending.
