At 4:18 PM, police received a 911 hang-up at 30 Arlington Street in Bethlehem. Dispatchers spoke with a female who stated there was no emergency but sounded disoriented. She said the phone slipped out of her hand while walking her dog. Police are responding. Further details are pending.
