At 6:54 PM, emergency responders were dispatched to Nine Reeds Circle in Bethlehem for a report of a female who had locked herself in a bathroom, acting erratic. According to initial reports, the female had torn down blinds in the home and was laughing and crying, threatening to kill the caller. Children were reportedly present in the home. Police are responding to the scene to assess the situation.
