At approximately 3:04 PM, emergency responders were dispatched to 33 Maple Lane in Orleans for a 52-year-old female reporting extreme pain and discomfort in her stomach that was not resolving with medication. Newport Police and Orleans Ambulance responded to the scene. The patient was reported to be in the dining room. Further updates will be provided as information becomes available.
