At approximately 5:10 PM, Newport Ambulance was dispatched to 23 East Street in Orleans for an 85-year-old male with a history of COPD and AFib. According to initial reports, the patient has swelling in his legs and has been lethargic. Emergency personnel are responding to the scene. Further details are pending.
