At 9:48 PM, Twin Mountain Fire Department was dispatched to the area of Moose Lane and Carroll for a report of an explosion followed by active flames in the woods. Upon arrival, crews determined the fire was a permitted burn that was under control. No injuries were reported. All apparatus was instructed to hold. The incident was quickly resolved.
