At approximately 4:35 PM on May 29, 2026, emergency crews were dispatched to 590 Memorial Drive in St. Johnsbury for a report of a 40-year-old female who had lost consciousness at the O'Reilly Auto Parts store. Upon arrival, the woman was conscious but not very alert. St. Johnsbury Fire Department and Calex Ambulance responded to the scene. Further details are pending.
