At 7:43 PM, emergency responders were dispatched to a residence on Perry Street in St. Johnsbury for an 81-year-old female who was found conscious but not verbal. Initial reports indicate the patient was located on the second floor and responders were advised to meet at the elevator. The condition is being treated as a possible stroke or altered mental status. Calex Ambulance and St. Johnsbury Fire Department are on scene.
