Vermont’s annual Summer Free Fishing Day will take place Saturday, June 13, allowing anyone to fish in the state’s lakes and streams without a license, regardless of residency.

The Vermont Fish and Wildlife Department is also hosting the Grand Isle Family Fishing Festival that day, offering a chance for anglers of all skill levels to celebrate the event.
