At approximately 2:15 PM on May 28, 2026, Troy Rescue was dispatched to 305 Osteguy Drive in Lowell for a 79-year-old male experiencing significant bladder pressure. According to initial reports, the patient, who is scheduled to enter hospice care, was in discomfort and requested assistance with catheterization. First responders were en route to the scene.
