At approximately 2:58 PM, emergency responders were dispatched to Tampico Road in Danville for a report of a tree down on power lines with smoke. Danville Fire and Peacham Fire are among the agencies responding. Additional units, including Danville W-1, have been dispatched. Crews are assessing the hazard. No injuries have been reported. Further updates will be provided as information becomes available.
At approximately 3:27 PM, Danville Command advised that all units were cleared. The tree was located in a wooded area, not near any structures or hazards. No further action was needed.
