At approximately 11:50 AM, a New Hampshire State Police trooper conducted a traffic stop on Route 5 in Grafton. The driver was identified as Timothy Clough. A records check revealed multiple violations: an uninspected vehicle, a suspended license for failure to appear in May 2021, and a suspended license for failure to pay child support in February 2019. The scene was reported under control and an ambulance was requested to standby. Further details are pending.
