At approximately 9:26 AM, emergency dispatchers received a report of a traffic hazard on Lancaster Road in Lancaster. Callers reported an 18-wheeler parked on the wrong side of the road near Easter Seals, unloading building supplies. At 9:27 AM, additional callers confirmed the vehicle was parked on the wrong side of the road. Further details are pending.
