Three Peacham Students to Read Declaration on July 4

The Peacham Meeting House will host a reading of the Declaration of Independence on July 4, delivered by three local high school students. The event is part of the town's 250th anniversary celebrations, which also include a ghost walk and blacksmithing demonstration.

A costumed interpreter from a past Peacham Historical Association program is pictured reading from the pulpit in a file photo. The students will take their places at the same historic pulpit this Independence Day.
