Theft with narcotics reported at storage unit

At approximately 6:49 PM, authorities responded to a report of a burglary at a storage unit. The caller, identified as Steve Day, reported that his unit had been broken into, with the door now open and a number of items stolen. He also indicated that there had been narcotics use on the premises. Officers were requested to stop by and investigate. The location has not been specified beyond the caller's reference, but it is believed to be in the Whitefield area. Further details are pending.
