At approximately 3:11 a.m., Grafton County dispatch alerted Whitefield Police to a burglary alarm activation at 127 Regional Road, the Whitefield Regional School. The alarm reportedly indicated agricultural motions. Officials are investigating and have not yet confirmed whether the alarm was triggered by an intruder or environmental factors.

At 3:17 a.m., the alarm company confirmed the activation and reported that a representative, Gary Brown, is en route with a 20-minute ETA. Further updates will be provided as more information becomes available.
