Suspicious Vehicle on I-91 With Flashing Lights

This is a developing story. Details are preliminary and subject to change as more information becomes available.

At approximately 7:03 PM, a caller reported a suspicious vehicle on Interstate 91. The caller stated that a car with California license plates had its emergency lights flashing and was parked in the middle of the road, blocking traffic. When the caller attempted to reverse, the suspicious vehicle also reversed and then drove away without turning off its hazard lights. A responding officer reported no action was needed and checked the area. The incident remains under investigation.
