At approximately 1:15 a.m., emergency services were dispatched to 3297 Scott Highway in Groton, Vermont, for an 18-year-old male who is feeling suicidal. According to initial reports, the individual stated he is willing to be transported and has no weapons and is not combative. Twin State EMS and Groton Rescue responded, staging at 21-20. A Vermont State Police mental health team is expected to respond as the patient is cooperative. Further details are pending.
