At 4:31 AM, emergency dispatchers received reports of a structure fire at 15 Scenic View Drive in Woodstock. Initial calls indicated a home on fire with possible entrapment. Multiple fire departments were dispatched on a first alarm. By 4:37 AM, responding units reported a fully involved trailer with someone possibly still inside. At approximately 4:40 AM, a second alarm was struck, summoning additional mutual aid.
At 4:47 AM, a second alarm structure fire was declared, with numerous departments responding. Franconia Fire Department, Lisbon Fire Department, and others were dispatched with their engines. Lincoln Engine 2 responded at 4:53 AM, and Sugar Hill Engine 1 responded at 4:54 AM. West B1 was on scene at 4:56 AM, and Stock Ladder 1 responded at 5:01 AM.
Woodstock Command advised at 5:03 AM that Warren was the only department unable to fulfill the assignment, and two ambulances were coming from the Lake's region. By 5:06 AM, Whitefield and Lisbon were covering Lincoln and Woodstock stations, with Lisbon Engine 1 directed to assist at the scene.
At 5:08 AM, Morton Rescue 1 arrived on scene. Twin State Car 1 reported on scene at 5:11 AM. American Engine 1 arrived at 5:13 AM. Woodstock Command at 5:15 AM advised they did not need all apparatus but requested staging of tax-certified members. At 5:17 AM, a Code 4 was declared on the line, and Ambulance 1 was asked to bring a Vienna kit to the scene. At 5:21 AM, Engine 1 reported on scene.
At 5:35 AM, Engine 1 reported being on scene.
At 5:43 AM, command requested that stations maintain coverage.
At 5:52 AM, command reported that crews were completing overhaul and holding all communications, indicating the fire is under control.
At approximately 6:20 AM, command released an ambulance from the scene. At around 6:25 AM, Littleton Fire Department was also released from the scene, signaling that firefighting operations were concluding.
By 6:46 AM, the fire marshal had arrived on scene. Command advised that the Red Cross had been notified to assist displaced individuals. Additional details regarding the individuals involved are expected to follow.
At 7:07 AM, command was advised that the incident had been active for 2 hours and 20 minutes, indicating ongoing operations.
At 7:08 AM, Engine 1 cleared the scene.
